Celebration was the word of the day at the September SaddleBrooke Republican Club Fundraiser. Fellowship – food –fundraising- fabulous entertainment – mix in winning candidates and enthusiastic SaddleBrooke Republican Club members and you have a recipe for SUCCESS!!

The SaddleBrooke Silverbelles sparkled in their red, white and blue sequined costumes as they danced to Yankee Doodle Dandy and the Grand Old Flag.  Sam Page strummed his guitar in rhythm as he sang ‘I Love Arizona’.   Ron Aeschliman swelled hearts with pride for our country as he raised patriotic tributes in song – the favorite of which was Lee Greenwood’s ‘I’m Proud to be an American”.

The heart of the program was the awarding of contributions from the SaddleBrooke Republican Club members’ dues to each of the Republican candidates who won the August primary.  Then SaddleBrooke Republican Club members joined in fellowship to enjoy their pulled pork sandwiches served with skill by the Mountain View staff.

Members and candidates lingered to talk and share stories after the meeting in positive anticipation about the Republican candidates winning in the November Elections and planning a second celebration after the November elections!!
